We are called to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. We believe that this is about taking part in working in His harvest field and focusing on building His Kingdom. In order to do that effectively, we have established the following specific goals that we are committed to achieving, for the glory of God, to bless the nations.
1. We are committed to connect generations and cultures.
Today missions is multi-directional. The Body of Christ is actively engaged in most nations. Many nations that were once receiving nations are now sending nations and many that were once sending nations are now receiving nations. We will build relationships on trust and not create dependency. Our greatest resources will be our dependency on the Holy Spirit’s leading, the strong relationships we have and will build, our biblical knowledge, wisdom and life lessons learned over the years. We recognize that careful and strategic relationships built and tested over time can bring greater multiplication and result in increased Kingdom Impact.
2. We are committed to multiplying people resources.

3. We are committed to increased Kingdom Impact.
Our end goal will always be Kingdom impact and activity resulting in reconciliation with Jesus. The world needs more than just good humanitarianism. Christianity changes people’s hearts. We will trust God for his Kingdom to expand through WMT. We will encourage those we partner with to look beyond themselves to share the love and message of Christ.
By coming alongside the church and serving, we strengthen and honor what God is already doing through His body. We are called to go and make disciples. We will learn and model the teachings of Jesus and serve one another.
4. We are committed to following and obeying the Great Commission.
We will encourage all believers, in all cultures, to look beyond themselves, to share the love and message of Christ. We will serve locally wherever God plants us. Serving locally prepares our hearts to go globally.
5. We are committed to family ministry.
We will see families and communities transformed by the Gospel. We will see families reconciled, living with hope and dignity in the culture where God has placed them.
6. We are committed to equipping Pastors and Evangelists and other Gospel leaders.
We will empower Godly leaders who have a heart to serve and reach their own community, nation and surrounding nations with the Good News. Strategies include Bible training, vocational schools, transportation, church planting, pastors’ conferences, education, etc.
7. We are committed to Christian Education and children’s ministry.
We will partner with those who use biblically based education, in partnership with local churches. These schools will be agents of change that impact their communities and bring about transformation. We will strive for spiritual and academic excellence. We will also have vocational schools, health training, clean water initiatives and feed children.
8. We are committed to Mobilization.
We will be sending all generations of short-term and long term missionaries, to cross-cultural service. We will serve those called to forsake all, to follow in Jesus footsteps. Our short-teams will endeavor to empower and serve those with dignity, in all our relationships.
